A virtual fruit compote loaded with juicy strawberries, blackberries and blackcurrants – gently poached and lightly infused with cloves, Chinese five-spice and stem ginger. An
intensely perfumed Marlborough pinot with fruit sweetness, floral highlights and a distinct smoky fragrance. The fullflavored palate is chock-full of red and black fruit and has great length, firm but delicate tannins and a delicious spicy finish.
Napa Valley Vintner, Randy Dunn, whose reputation for producing world-class Cabernet Sauvignon spans more than four decades, brings his artistry and expertise tob Washington State.
Instantly impressive, the 2020 Feather Cabernet Sauvignon
opens to silky, fresh, and fleshy dark red and black fruit tones with picturesque rich and ripe notions that sashay out of the glass with elegance, power, and precision. Medium- to fullbodied, the Cabernet shows incredible depth and breadth with
succulent acidity and fine-grained tannins. This will have no trouble aging past its 20th birthday. World-class and devastatingly beautiful, the wine continues to somersault across
the ever-evolving finish, and it will undoubtedly be well received upon its release later this year.
As of more than 50 years, the name Ratti is indissolubly tied to Barolo. The Serradenari comes from their Cascina Sorello estate covers an area of approx. 4.5 Hectares with South/South-West exposure and vines varying in age between 20 and 40 years, on the typical land formation of La Morra. The optimal exposure to the sun and the greater altitude allow, in light of the climactic changes underway, for later grape harvesting compared to the vines of Annunziata. The wine has a greater “edge” than their other Barolos.
